Magnolia Inn ("we," "our," "us") is a bed and breakfast located in Boquerón, Puerto Rico. Our website is hosted in the United States and serves users in American English and Spanish.

2. Reservations & Payments

• Reservations can be made online, via phone, or email.

• A valid credit card is required to confirm a reservation.

•Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

•We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

•Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a stay.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in may not be eligible for a refund.

• Refund policies may vary for special promotions or non-refundable bookings.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 11 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.

• A valid government-issued ID must be presented at check-in.

5. Property & Guest Responsibilities

• This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas.

• Gate Remote Control: You will be assigned a remote control for the gate. If lost, there is a $50 replacement fee.

• Keys: Guests will receive a house key and a room key. If lost, there is a $25 replacement fee per key.

• Cleaning Fees: A one-time cleaning fee of $25 is charged per stay.

- If you request additional cleaning during your stay, there is a $25 fee per request.

• Room Privacy: Staff will never enter your room unless you specifically request cleaning.

• Prohibited Items: No candles or incense are allowed in rooms due to safety concerns.

• Car Washing: Car washing is not allowed on the property.

6. Website Usage

• Users may browse the website and make reservations in accordance with these terms.

• Any attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the website is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected during bookings is kept confidential and used only for reservation purposes.

8. Third-Party Links

9. Liability & Disclaimers

• Magnolia Inn is not liable for personal injuries, theft, or loss of personal items during your stay.

• We make every effort to provide an enjoyable experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or availability of rooms.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall first be resolved through informal negotiations for at least 30 days.

• If unresolved, disputes will be settled via binding arbitration in Puerto Rico.

• Each party is responsible for their own legal fees, and no class actions are allowed.

• Claims must be filed within 6 months from the incident date.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
